 PRIO Corporation Hires Vice President, Marketing and National and International Sales (Beaverton, OREGON) PRIO Corporation has hired Mary Matthews as its new Vice President of Marketing and National and International Sales. "PRIO feels very fortunate to have persuaded Mary to join our team," said Jon Torrey, President and CEO of PRIO Corporation. The instrument, the only one of its kind, allows an optometrist to prescribe eyeglasses that eliminate the focusing stresses that cause the symptoms of CVS—eyestrain, headaches, blurred vision, shoulder and neck problems—by simulating a computer screen. Matthews, a resident of Manassas, Virginia, comes to PRIO from Custom Optical where she was Director of Marketing and Product Development. In her capacity at Custom Optical, she was responsible for developing, introducing and expanding new products into a competitive marketplace. She has more than 15 years experience building and leading integrated sales and marketing operations both within the U.S. and in overseas markets.
